Stayed here for one night so we could travel into Twickenham for the rugby. There were 4 couples staying so 4 rooms booked. Hotel is basic but nice enough downstairs. Dining area is a good size and nice areas to relax in. Rooms are very small and basic. Bathroom seems to have had an upgrade which was nice. Limited tea / coffee in the room. No information on breakfast or any details on how to contact reception and no phone in the room either. Boiling hot in the rooms, every couple said how warm it was despite trying to change the settings on the air con. Staff were rude and very unhelpful. You have to register your car within 20 minutes of arriving and pay for parking in that time. If you don’t you have to go on an app to pay for it which doesn’t work properly and staff just say they can’t help. They then won’t allow you to pay for parking on site and say there’s no way they can help you. So likelihood is we will now receive a parking fine. Absolutely ridiculous system. No one asked us on arrival if we had a car to register either. Yes there are signs but we didn’t notice them. Breakfast is £19.50 per person which is a lot considering it’s a basic buffet. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all and won’t stay here again. The worst part was how unhelpful and rude staff were. It was like anything we asked for was an inconvenience!

Service was atrocious. Server Dortota is very unprofessional and oblivious to her job. Served me a flat beer and my friends Guinness was more than half foam. Very unpleasant to have a conversation with. Extremely rude! Other than that the food was great however i was given a dish that i didn't ask for and when i checked the receipt she had put in the wrong order for me but i didn't make a fuss about it because it was still good. So thankyou chef!

Hilda was great !

Booked the Ibis last minute after reading bad reviews of our original booked hotel! We stayed at a few hotels at heathrow previously, but this was a first at the Ibis. We arrived in the evening & we were greeted by a delightful young lady who finalised our online check in & we paid our car park fee with her too. Our room on the 1st floor was compact, but quite sufficient for an overnight stay, the bathroom was larger than we had in a superior room at the Ibis central in Edinburgh a few weeks ago! The bed was super comfy & we had a good nights sleep. We left early & dropped our key cards with another cheery receptionist, who wished us well on our way. Heathrow was a short drive to leave our car at terminal 3 Well done Ibis Heathrow, it was perfect!!

Amin and Rana - Convenient location, Very helpful staff! I was stuck in the airport area overnight and this place saved me from having to stay up for two days. Breakfast available, clean rooms. Overall reception staff was great and cheap car park
